Elisabeth's goal as the Director of Operations is to create a constructive team environment that enables us to conquer any and all goals, personal and professional.  

Elisabeth works hard to tackle all the behind the scene tasks that aid the team in being successful. Recently Elisabeth was a one woman show, but due to our team growth, her position was split into 3! Liz coordinates the movement of our staging crew, heads up event coordination and makes sure the team is running smoothly!
